I’m Ashlie Weibley, founder of The Sparkle Cleaning Company, and I love to clean! My love and passion for cleaning started in the hotel industry in 2012, where I worked my way up from housekeeper to housekeeping manager. When I left the hotel industry, I took with me years of knowledge that I gained from housekeeping and maintenance departments. I now pass that knowledge on to my staff, which allows us to go above and beyond for our clients in an efficient way. 

At the beginning of my cleaning career, I had the opportunity to work for two different cleaning companies. I learned valuable tips and tricks to housecleaning from each of them, and was introduced to some tools of the trade that clean effectively. One of those tools is still my favorite — the Dyson vacuum! Yes, I’m in love with my vacuum cleaner. This vacuum alone saves our cleaning techs time and energy because of how convenient it is. It’s also easy to maintain and has hypo-allergenic filters.

With the combined experience I gained from the hotel industry and the cleaning companies, I’m now able to create the positive work environment I’ve always wanted.

The Sparkle Cleaning Company

God and I started this journey in 2016. He pushed me to take a leap of faith into self employment. I had the experience I needed, and the right doors were beginning to open. I never wanted more clients than what I could personally handle but He had other plans!

What makes The Sparkle Cleaning Company different?

I have taken the fast and efficient cleaning process learned from the hotel industry and have adapted and applied it to the sparkle cleaning process. We assign individual cleaners to clients, which allows for a more personal, yet professional, relationship to develop. It is important to us that each client knows and is comfortable with who is in their home at all times. We also believe in creating a clean home without the use of toxic chemicals. 

I realize that through God, all things are possible. We started this journey together, and He supports my business decisions daily. I now know that I was created to lead and grow this amazing company through the help of God and through my networking partner, IKAGG. This incredible group of networking people has been a blessing to my company, and I’m grateful for their continued support.

We choose to use this toxin-free cleaning  product to protect our clients and employees from being exposed to toxins over time. 

We are confident that our cleaner will not be the cause of any major illnesses that other cleaners may cause from constant exposure. 

Slogan History: 

Many years ago, during a busy inspection period at a hotel, our team relied on a rigorous cleaning routine known as the "Sparkle Clean Process." The housekeepers were under significant pressure to ensure everything was spotless.

Chris, one of our witty maintenance employees, had a knack for lifting everyone's spirits. In an effort to ease the tension, he playfully declared, "If you're not sparkling, you're not shining!"

When I started the company and decided on the name "The Sparkle Cleaning Company," I knew we had to use this fun slogan! It perfectly encapsulates our belief that if you don't choose The Sparkle Cleaning Company, your house isn't truly shining!

Chris and I remain friends to this day, and we always make sure to give him the credit for his wonderful contribution.
